He took the time to explain the issue, letting us know it was a normal buildup and that calling right away was the right move. He respected my home, family, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I recently called out to Preferred Plumbing. The guys were super helpful, fast and on time. It's Saturday, 1pm - and they just left after being here for several hours. I'm happy with the service they provided an feel the rates were reasonable. I would recommend them
