Jose and the Preferred Payroll establishment is a class act! Great Service!
After years of working with Preferred Payroll, they have declined significantly after CAVU acquired them. Customer service is highly lacking. They have missed payroll multiple times, making me have to move my business elsewhere. Imagine being an employer and being asked by your staff "why didn't we get paid today?" when they need the money today... and the payroll company just forgot.... how many times can you defend that before having to change companies... sad.
Great people! Wonderful option if you don't want to to deal with the hassle of doing your own payroll.
