Awful experience Preferred management is very unprofessional. They hang up on you when you talk to them about something that they dont want to talk about. The manager, Peter Flynn was very rude to talk with on the phone. This buisness is not accredited by BBB, and for good reason. If your association is seeking a management company to help with condos, I would not recommend them. As a current resident of an association that is in business with them I was treated very badly. They choose not to handle the parking lot in an app... read more
