I’ve used Preferred Legal Service’s off and on for decades to Serve the City and Country of San Francisco. A quick call and they we’re able to tell me exactly what address the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office accepts service at and a day later it was delivered. They have always been a great choice for a San Francisco Process Server.
We rely on Preferred Legal Service to pick up copies of cases monthly from an administrative court in the area. They are reliable, responsive and consistently obtain the requested material on the agreed-upon schedule. I'm thankful for the work they do.
While they made multiple attempts to serve papers to the person I specified and assured me that it should be doable, they did not successfully serve them. Edit: I gave these guys two specific time and places (the courthouse, nonetheless!) where the guy I wanted served would be, and they told me that the servers didn't want to go there that "early" (i.e., 9:30AM) in the morning. Don't waste your money on these guys.
