The best diagnosticians and the best care – My family has been under the care of PFM going on three generations now. On more than one occasion they have literally saved family members' lives. What most amazes me about this practice is their incredible diagnostic abilities. Most recently, my daughter had been seen by a thyroid specialist outside the PFM offices. Client Beware – Ok, in all fairness, the one doctor we saw one time seems to be good. BUT the nightmare is wih their Billing Depts' organizational skills and apparently their front desk and a few nurses. If you try to defend your position with sound argument you will get hung up on and not allowed to speak to an Office Manager. Instead you will receive a call fron the founding Doctor politely telling you to take a hike. Funny since we already stated we weren't coming back. Go somewhere else – Long waiting in lobby and then in the rooms. Not like it used to be. If you have kids, find somewhere else....can't take my whole afternoon/morning up sitting there. It turned into a money machine in the last few years with the expansion and it lost its personal feel. If this is the future of medical, we are all in big trouble.
Just Stay Away – They will not verify coverage from your insurance. They will bill for services that you did not ask for - will insist on a pre visit before they will even consider giving you appt for physicals They are off bet 1 and 2 pm and will not even pick up phone or inform that they are on break - keep holding You sign that you pay for THEIR charges above & beyond bills covered by insurance, There are better people elsewhere -Just anywhere else!
Best medical office in metro detroit – I have been completely satisfied with the entire office from the first call i made i knew this was the place for me. The receptionist listen to me and actually spent the time asking me questions. I was on the phone with her for at least 20 minutes.
