Real doctors who care - An excellent practice and cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and time taken every time I see my doctor. Dr. Carbajo is by far the best physician and truly cares. He is patient and addresses all my questions. This practice is all about the money. Patient care is based on what they can bring in off the patient. The girl who takes the calls for appointments is very rude and condescending. Find another doctor who actually cares about the patient not just billable services.
Not Recommended for Beaumont Employees – Due to the way that this doctor's office bills insurance, I would not recommend this to any Beaumont Employees. While routine exams should be covered by Beaumont insurance at no cost to the employee, the way this doctor's office bills the exams (particularly the "Know Your Numbers" program), they will not be covered as they should be if anything out of the ordinary is detected (example: elevated cholesterol). Good DOCS, Weird Pharmacy Rules..... – GREAT Doctors.... DOCTORS........not sure about the PA's very friendly front office staff ..... They do NOT accept faxes from Pharmacies for refills... I don't understand why, but just takes longer to get refills of your scripts.... Seems the more "modern and connected" they get, the slower they get dealing with the Pharmacy.. Other than that quirk, Dr. Alan Carbajo is the BEST!!
Excellent care – Great doctors who take time with their patients. This might require a short wait in the waiting room, but when it is your turn, you have a doctor who will give you all the time you need. They are very thorough, and in my experience have never missed anything for me or my family. We trust our lives to Dr. Weisman. The office staff is friendly and very professional. This is a great medical office.
Setting the standard – Preferred Family Medicine sets the standard in family practice. Besides always being accommodating, their cutting edge technology and quality of care are second to none. I trust my life and my family's lives to Dr. Weisman and would have it no other way. I truly feel like part of the family.
Excellent Docs – Over time I've always found the doctors excellent, offering complete explanations of both causes of a condition and treatment options. They have my confidence.

Excellent Doctors, Excellent Care – I have been going to Preferred Family Medicine my entire life (28 years) and have experienced nothing but exceptional service and care from the Doctors and Nurses. Not only am I able to get in for an appointment in a timely fashion, I rarely wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The Doctors listen, take time to explain procedures, etc. and I always leave feeling like the problem or issue I came in with has been solved.
