Well, it's the only one I've visited, but it's still the best! Hygienist and receptionist are two gorgeous gals that are great at their craft. Dr. Grasvik gave it to me straight. I appreciate the honesty and the care. 5 stars.
This was my first visit to Preferred Dental Care and they did a great job - the front desk staff have great customer service skills (friendly, clear communicators) and the dental hygienist and the dentist were both warm and talked through all the steps that they were doing.
I am really don't like to go to the dentist because of several past experiences and the likely hood of getting bad news. However, my experience was great. The hygienist was awesome and I knew I was going to get some bad news but the Dr prioritized my needs which made it easier to manage. Thanks
I was in for the William of Orange treatment (another crown) and as always Nic & Co. were thorough and efficient. They really take care to ensure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. Warm hands help, too.
I appreciate the personal attention & consideration given to patients --it's like you actually CARE if I'm anxious about the treatment I'm getting, & do what you can to alleviate my concerns. Hygienist is great.
