Staff is rude. They don't know how to submit a basic dental claim to insurance. When I called to remedy the situation, instead of working with me, they jumped in and offered a discount. When I said that my insurance would pay, and it was an insurance company that they agreed to **** before my appointment, the front desk person was rude and hung up on me. The dates on my paperwork don't match the dates of service so my insurance can't pay the ****.

There is no truth to support this claim. *** had originally come into our office and provided incorrect Insurance information. After countless attempts to reach *** over the course of a year with little response until late, she responded. When *** contacted the Office Manager she was extremely demanding, hostile and volatile during the call which was observed By the Dr. *** office was doing the best to assist *** with the billing of the Dental claim. I went for the first time today to Preferred Dental Care Center to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Kim, was very good. She was gentle, quick and kind. She also gave me some excellent information about my teeth that I did not know before. I highly recommend her.

I like this office. In for a cleaning today. Kim was a real pro -- took pretty xrays and explained-well how and why she did her regular de-scaling ultrasonically. Dr. Nic was sharp, as always.
