Wow. How unprofessional these people are. They showed me a apartment with the water faucet letting out a black liquid and they try to hide it. They do not care for the tenants. Please do not do any business with them
First let me start off by saying the first time I went to see a property by them all the faucets were releasing a black liquid. Yes a BLACK LIQUID. First Red Flag. Then let’s talk about how this place is ran 😬. Unprofessional on how they handle situations. The list goes on.

Ask around before signingRecently moved out of the property in Winchester Blvd., Los Gatos managed by this company. The property manager on this property don't listen to you at all and not bother to responce. There was a new neighbor moved in nearly a year ago with a extremely noisy mustang. It was impossible to live there and the company don't want to do anything. Ask around from at least half of the neighbors to see how the property are before you sign up for a residence under preferred community
