The company will hire good natured and genuine clinicians who care about the work they do, but then push clinicians to do more, stay later, and not support them. This has been the pattern year after year, which is why there is such a high turnover. I’ve been trying to reach someone For two weeks the last call I made was Monday and they said again 24 hours and nobody has called me and it’s now Wednesday
I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them.
