such friendly service – the best shop period in my opinion
Best service ive found – This is my second time servicing my vehicle here, location,price and understanding to my needs were completed with such care that was purely amazing. Especially being a women and having some automotive knowledge, never once did i feel overpowered or as you would say "taking for a ride". First but deffinetly not my last time here – i just had to share, i just moved to weymouth and was leary of finding a new shop for servicing my car but luckely i came across preferred auto felt very welcome and comfortable as soon as i walked in. i asked a tons of questions, hours,prices,specials just so ill know and dean was very accomadating and explained everything to me. had my car serviced the same day they founf my brakes very low which i dreaded but price was very reasonable (i shoped around) and they took care of me.... read more
Auto repair at it's best – We have had our cars serviced with preferred auto for many years and have always got fair pricing and great service. their extended hours have been very helpful. the staff is pleasant and the waiting room very comfortable. I would recommend them highly.
Wouldn't go anywhere else! – I've been going to Preferred for close to 20 years. They are honest, affordable and very accommodating. They explain everything in detail so you know exactly what to expect. No hidden agenda! If I ever have a question about a funny noise or feeling in my car, I do not hestitate to call them. They are always friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend Preferred! You won't be sorry.
Taking my car here for years – I started going to Preferred cause they were right next to my work, but kept going because they always treated my car well. I have taken the last 4 cars I have owned there, and even asked Dean to help me choose what to get! Their recommendations are on the money, and very helpful. The service is good, the work is top notch and I will keep going there to have them take care of my car!
THE BEST – Dean's crew has always treated me and my car with the best care. Always polite and available to help. Extended hours and Saturdays make getting there easy. I would recomended them to anyone one with car trouble.
Honesty and attention to details – I found preferred many years ago,have had many different cars over that time,and dean and his crew has always kept all of them in the best running shape as possible. Never have had a complaint and have always sent my friends and relatives to them knowing they will be well cared for.
