Excellent service. Happy and the team at Preferred are professionals. Two windshields in less than 30-days, THANK YOU ARIZONA ROAD DEBRIS. First my wife's truck and then my Honda. Preferred come out to my home, arrived on time, explained everything, finished faster than estimated and did a quality install with quality product. I didn't have to go through Safelite's glass administration. Happy took care of everything. And I know that I am supporting a local business.
Called Happy this morning and the replacement completed by 3 this afternoon. Awesome. These guys are the best.
I called safelite they came out and said they couldn't replace the windshield that I needed to take it to a body shop due to some rust. Then I herd about preferred auto glass told them what was going on they said no worries we will send someone out. The technician was fast friendly and got the job done ! And at a better price too preferred auto glass wins !
