My experience with Dr. Egan was very positive. However, I had previously asked for a call back before I came in but I never received it. Because, if the caller is not recognized by my phone the number is rejected. So in the future I would need my callbacks to be from the main office number so that I can get them.
I have called the main number several times and left messages and NO ONE calls back, terrible customer service!!
This was my first visit with Dr.Egan since Dr Philbin retired and was extremely pleased with the new staff and really happy to see Amy was still there I'm very hyper but everyone was so pleasant I'm so thankful that I stayed with them anyone would be wise to call them if you need medical attention!!
Dr. Doshi is amazing he has been my Doctor for many years I am very confident and blessed to have him. His office staff Elaine and Holly are phenomenal always pleasant, and helpful love that whole team
