Not responsive to patient needs. Does not follow-up or express any sense of urgency or caring about patient conditions. I've seen Dr. Kiran 3 times in the past 2 months, each time hoping she would improve in her bed side manner. Unfortunately, she thinks her approach is good. I've talked to two other patients who shared my opinion. I do not recommend...
Dr. Kiran is courteous, and knowledgeable and has always been so. The problem is her staff. Never been served by a more incompetent group of people with poor attitudes. From the check in staff, appointments and trying to get records to another Dr. is always a nightmare. They all have the "not my job" attitude even though it is. Seriously considering leaving for another Dr even though I like her the staff is that for a lack of a better word, STUPID!
I really like Dr Kiran. I have seen where some have said she is unprofessional and uncaring. I have been seeing her for over a year and she is always professional. ..sits down and talks to me about everything. Now the staff....although they are friendly. ..drop.the ball on follofollowing up on things.
How did Dr. Kiran become a medical doctor? She is just terrible as is the front-line staff. Her nurse is terrific, but Dr. Kiran needs to find a new profession that doesn't interface with people.
One star is generous. Worst experience ever. She does not pay attention to what you are saying and acts like you don't know what you are talking about. Cannot explain the foundation for her diagnosis and treats you like that's your fault. Staff do not call back as they promise. Called another doctor to get an appt for a 2nd opinion, when they found out who I had seen, there was an "Ahhhhhh. Ok." As if Dr. Kiran's reputation preceded her.
