Unfortunately the 1st time I went to take my car through the machine took my $15 it took 3 days to get a new wash code and then when I went back over after washing my car myself at home and I just had some water splash on my sides of my truck I took it back and did the $15 wash with the wash code and my truck still has water stains all over it after 2 days I do not recommend using the automated car wash wash your vehicle yourself if you want quality

I went into the Watertown NY location and went through the automatic car wash and it stopped half way! Didn’t even wash the soap out off my car I just lost my money and sense it is six degrees out it’s freezing on my jeep now... I called and of course they told me to leave a message. Thank goodness for Facebook to have contact at least something there is getting done.

Not a bad wash. Just make sure you use exact change. Inserted a $20 for a $10 wash and never received my change.

I stopped into Precision Carwash (Oneida, NY) Friday (January 12, 2018)when the temps were warm to wash my SUV. I opted for the $15.00 wash but when I got inside I must have been too far to the left because the washer hit my left mirror and then on the way back through while it was putting soap on the car it hit it again. I feared damage to my mirror so I moved my car ahead a bit. When I did the Red X began flashing, the washer quit and the door opened. I drove back around because I still needed a wash. So I went to the one right off fort drum and I decided to use the automatic wash and got their best option which was 16 bucks, pretty excited cause it seemed like it would do a good job, went through and got out to check it out and my truck looked like crap still, and I was like alright cause my truck was muddy so I decided to use the self serve and I put 6 or 7 bucks in and turn the foam brush on and got no soap at all for around 5 mins and went back to rinae so all I got to do was scrub my car with a brush that was squirti... read more

I rated it 1 star because it quit working while in it, then ate my quarters, but I called to complain, the lady called me back and apologized for it and gave me a credit toward a car wash. I would've rated five if this didn't happen. Have used precision since it first opened on Coffeen and now use the Eastern Blvd one to wash my cab after work since it's on my way to the office. I am grateful that the issue was taken care of. Thanks and I will be giving precision another chance.
