Your joking right, $15 absolutely wasted. Car came out dirtier than when it went in literally. Worst wash I have ever had.
Receipt machine doesn’t work, underbody sprayer doesn’t work, Rinse function doesn’t work properly, and the drying blowers are attached to the same leaky machine, so after the blower goes over your car, water drips on it defeating the purpose of the blower. Tried calling their service line twice, never received any response or solution. Have yet to receive a refund (was last there on 21 September). The speedway a mile south has a far superior touch less wash.
Oncall guy that answers for starters. water pressure that actually removes the soap from the car. Don't start drying while soap still on my car. calling 18773373322 gives me a guy named Matthew who tells me he's just the call service oncall guy isn't answering his messages. this was at your Washington Mills facility on 8-8-2020 my first call in was at 4:55pm. I'm still here in the bay waiting for an answer at 5:38pm with multiple calls into that number. This place is a joke!!!
between me and my husband we have bought every wash available at this place...yesterday being the most expensive one (thinking it might be better the more expensive right?) When I left there was still wash me written on my trunk...yeah such a precision wash, more like a squirt gun fight!
literally bought the most expensive car wash ($15) and my car is STILL dirty! I wiped the dirt off my hook and drunk with a drying towel. used a glass wipe to get the bird poo off my windshield. like r u kidding me??? u couldnt pay me to come back! I'm also posting pictures of my car on my page and spreading the word! whata rip off this place is!
make your machines actually work. they eat your money and dont turn on or give u the product. it happens every time idk why I keep going back. go to a car wash that actually works!

I took my car to the Evans Mills location today and got the $15 Ultimate wash and was extremely disappointed! My car wasn’t extremely dirty, but could use a wash and shine. It came out looking terrible! Don’t waste your time and money at this car wash.
problems with machines? gotta call an 800 number, no one answers or gets back to you. no getting your money back. 15$ might not mean anything to them, but some expect to get what they pay for....use credit and cancel if your not happy, just saying
