RecommendedJack is very rude. He don't rotate tires the correct way. He thinks rotating tires is taking front driver to back driver, back driver to front and something on the other side which is HIGHLY incorrect. Their supposed to go in a X formation. Then he try to tell me what tools buy with MY OWN MONEY. Then just this past Friday it stormed and I walked to work and waited 30 minutes for them show up and he made me clock in last. Had a super quick & great experience yesterday! Found a Groupon for and oil change and they were only 7 mins from my house. They worked me in and I was in/out in 15 minutes!! They also gave me an air freshener w a coupon for my next service! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with popping in the front end. They replaced the struts and it was still popping. other places think it's bad struts. Took it back and they said it was the sway bar links. Well taking it back again for a third time. It's at slow speeds you hear the rattling not speeds over 30. I have a warranty so I have to take it back and cant have anyone else fix it.
