The mechanics we're friendly and helpful. As a female, I am always weary of being cheated out of my money, because I have limited knowledge about cars. But I did not feel like that happened with this experience. I will definitely be coming back for anything I need to get done on my car from now on.
I highly recommend Precision Tune in Champlin,MN for All your mechanical needs along with the oil changes for your vehicles. I am female & Never feel pressured when they make suggestions about maintenance. They explain until you understand. They do very effective work, and do so on My schedule. I always feel Safer when they are done!
This is the first time I have posted a review on Precision Tune Auto Care, because it's the first time I've ever used them for auto maintenance. It was a very positive experience at Precision, as I was greeted warmly upon arrival. I had no appt, but the manager said it would not be a problem to get the work done that same day. There prices are just right and their workers are good people to get alone with.
I VISITED THIS LOCATION LAST WEEK AND AS ALWAYS THEY WERE HELPFUL AND HONEST. THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ALWAYS GIVES ME THE BEST PRODUCT AND EXPECTED PRICES OF PARTS THAT I NEED. I LOVE THESE GUYS THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
I like that I can trust what BJ the Service Manager - tells me and I feel that I get the best price, services and products here. I also am very happy that BJ can work on my car within my schedule...I like being respected when it comes to my car, time, money and thoughts. (Score 10 out of 10)
This shop is my favorite it exhibits honesty caring and does quality work for over twenty + years we've use this shop Randy and his crew are the best.
Services are great.I never have issues asking anything about my vehicle or getting something done.They even took a look just to verify a bad wheel bearing noise I had , and I just stopped in and didn't get anything done. The bearing was fixed by dealer warranty. But if I needed it done they would have done it. Thanks for the great service.
