All I can say is, "Wow!" With the temperatures this summer AVERAGING in the mid 90's, having our A/C die on us was just awful, and with two small children, a safety issue for me as a mom. Precision Auto's staff 1st tried recharging our system, but a week later we were back to sweating it out. My husband checked with the dealership who quoted us $910 to fix the problem, and then a local mechanic who quoted us $1,200!! My neighbor recommended Precision Tune when I was having problems with my vehicle staying running. Had my vehicle towed in, and with in 60 minutes I had recieved a phone call on what was needed to fix my car. I agreed as the prices seemed quite resasonable. When going to get my car, I was impressed of the professionalism of the staff. My car has not given me a problem since. Honest and dependable, facility was clean. Waht a refreshing experience

My experiences with Precision Tune have been great. They have been taking care of my vehicle for over three years. The manager is professional and friendly, lobby clean and there even brownies for the customers. Great job..

I usually go to Precision Tune in Cary for my services. At my last oil change, I told the manager that I was having an issue with my windows not going down, could they please check this. After a couple of hours, the manager called me and told me that they found the issue with my windows. She proceed to tell me that this is something that they fix on a regular basis, but on my vehicle, she wanted me to take it to the dealer, as it was covered under warrenty. WOW!!! I went to Precison Tune after work, about 5:15. Knowing that they close at 6:00, I did ask for an oil change and explained to the counter person that I knew that I needed brakes. I was told that there was no problem. After the oil change, the young man came back to me and called me out to my car to imform me that I needed brakes on the front and rear. I'm from Pa. and my car broke down in Cary. Closest place was Precision Auto so I took a chance. The told me I needed an alternator and battery. I told the I had bought both items from Autozone. They called Autozone and my parts were undewr warrenty. They had Autozone bring the parts to them and only charged me for labor to install the alternator. $100. Great people and great service!!! Thanks
