I like that I can trust what BJ the Service Manager - tells me and I feel that I get the best price, services and products here. I also am very happy that BJ can work on my car within my schedule...I like being respected when it comes to my car, time, money and thoughts. (Score 10 out of 10)
My local service representative is very knowledgable and checks my 12 year old car very carefully to make sure it is functioning well and is safe. They recommend maintenance when due, and let me know when other things will need maintenance. The people at my location are caring and friendly.
Very good prices and did not try to push products and stuff that was wrong the tech came out and showed me how bad they were so I know they were not trying to just make a sale.
The service is excellent. The products always stand up to inspection and longevity. BJ the service manager is the best. (Score 10 out of 10)
I have all my car maintenance done by these folks! BJ and the other staff are awesome . . . I get friendly, helpful service that keeps my car running well without having to worry about being misled into unnecessary, costly expenses.
Great shop for oil changes, as well as repairs. They show you things that need to be addressed, but they are not pushy. Work is done pleasantly and efficiently.
Straight forward analysis that includes being able to see first hand what has been found about your vehicle. Very helpful in recommending options for the repair. Willing to look for ways to help the customer get the greatest benefit.
BJ is wonderful. Always gives rationale on services needed, never sells you something you don't need. I trust BJ
