I went in for an oil change & tire rotation today. Not only did they break off my lug stud, they LIED ABOUT IT and tried to blame the "people who put on my tires" which was my boyfriend! I will NEVER let these thieves touch my car again! Just because I'm a female they think I don't know anything! DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!
