Been taking my vehicles to Precision for a few years and they have always done me right. Well, two days ago my wife took her car in and I took my truck in yesterday to get some lights and oil change and they have never done this but they called today and told me how much my business is appreciated and that they are happy to work with me! These are great people! I believe his name was mike and he did great work and Sarah (spell check) is always super nice and friendly! You guys are awesome!
I let my brakes go way too long before having them done. I blew the front passenger brake caliper, needed new rotors, new brakes, brakes needed to be bled, oil change, and so on. Samantha and I believe Sarah were truly amazing, they kept me informed. I felt like more than just another car I felt like a person who they cared about. I have moved a little ways from this location but I still come here because I feel the people who work here are truthful, do a good job, and are very informative. As long as I live in Oklahoma City, I will keep coming to this location.
Sarah and her team have always done a great job with our cars. She has diagnosed issues with me over the phone. Sarah has found refurbished parts if I have requested. Often the problem is solved in a matter of seconds regarding a resetting of an indicator light. I highly recommend!
Precision Tune Auto Care is the only place I take my car to get an oil change. The prices are unbeatable and the service is unmatched.
