4/20/19 A tire rotation was all I needed and all I had requested to be done. It was insinuated I needed more service done. I was then made to feel rushed in signing paperwork for services to be done to my car. After signing I was asked if I wanted to have multiple services added. I agreed to two more things. REIMBURSE us for the massive OVERCHARGE in the amount of $1,328.63. Would save us court and service cost of $58 to file in small claims.
Took car too get inspected, kept saying headlights were two different colors, just had car analized at Steven Toyota and everything passed the day before. Rude people. Just wanted Extra money. Will NEVER deal with them again.
