PGR has a terrible accounting department and does not understand modern billing. They have been paid, but refuse to communicate or return my gearbox. We will proceed with legal action against them. They are a scam. Hopefully, I don’t have to drive down there with my buds and clean the shop up Louisiana Don’t play with these fools.

This company operates dishonestly, lacks accountability, and appears intent on defrauding customers. I sent a gearbox to them in September for their advertised "risk-free quote," as they claimed in multiple emails—and on their website—that they would cover freight costs both ways, regardless of whether the quote was approved. If there was ZERO rating, I would have picked it. Precision pump and gear works is the worst vendor I have been worked with. The quality of repair job is terrible, if "quality" can be applied to this company. Parts were not even finished. Parts were missing in the delivery. They claimed they manufactured it, but they do not even know what they made. They promised a thousand of times to pick up the parts and fix, but never showed up.
