Jason was great to work with and was very thorough and descriptive when walking through the house. He even went above and beyond going over the operation of some new items in the house we purchased which we didn't have in previous property.
Jason was excellent. He was prompt and amazingly flexible in getting an inspection done on short notice. He correctly diagnosed what could have been a serious basement water problem and we were able to put that in our offer. Without his diligence we might have been stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs.
It was a pleasure to work with Jason. He was very thorough inspecting the home and explained to us in detail the results. He made sure we understood the major and minor defects.
