Jason (Owner) of Precision Plus Home Inspections is amazing at his job. He was incredibly through, took time to walk through all of my concern area's(I had a lot to ask about) and was very timely to the site. As a buyer's inspection I could recommend no one better. Jason was the best home inspector we have ever worked with. He was professional and friendly. He spent more time than expected on our inspection and was very thorough, and sent the official report thru promptly. We used his findings to negotiate the beat deal possible on our future home. We've had Jason complete 2 home inspections for us now. He has done an excellent job both times. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions and even shows you were to find things. He also gets the inspection report to you very quickly which a lot of inspectors don't do. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a home inspector.

We were so thoroughly impressed with the quality of Jason's inspection and final report, and we learned an immense amount throughout the process. We are purchasing a smaller home, but Jason still spent over three hours at the property and took his time to ensure utmost accuracy and a very detailed report. He was very professional and was so patient as he answered our questions along the way. As a local mortgage loan originator myself, I refer Jason to my own clients any time the opportunity arises.

I was highly satisfied with the quality of service that Jason provided. I actually used him for two home inspections as he was so thorough we found the first house was not for us. He did just as good of a job on the second house. He talked with us about all the issues and potential issues and explained things so that we could understand what he was talking about. He was prompt and worked around our schedules. I would hire him again in an instant.

My clients and I have used Jason at Precision Plus Home Inspections and he does a fantastic job! He is very thorough with his inspections and extremely knowledgeable! He has years of experience in the field and really knows how to answer questions my clients have. I believe it is important to educate buyers on maintaining their new homes, and Jason does that well!
