Today we were blessed by Steve Klopmeyer who happens to work for Precision Plumbing & Heating here in Bozeman. We had a thermostat go out in the house and you can imagine with our soooo very cold temps that it needed to be fixed asap. What should have been a really simple diy replacement turned into an all evening trouble shooting session and an hour long service call with the manufacturer's support team....all without success.
