Our kitchen sink was literally acting like a swamp for a week and I was so over washing dishes in the bathtub like we were camping or something. I posted on my neighborhood Facebook group because our water heater started spraying everywhere and half the people in Laguna Niguel commented to call this place. I was originally just looking for a standard drain cleaning because our guest bath was acting up again. Martin from Precision Plumbing came out and actually took the time to show me how the buildup was sitting in the pipe rather than just running a snake through it and leaving. Last week Martin fixed a slab leak in my home by rerouting a pipe. From the moment I met him, I knew I was going to be in good hands. They explained the process step by step, were completely honest and transparent about pricing, their policies, and what to expect for my home in Trabuco canyon. There was absolutely zero upselling during the whole process which I really appreciated.

Everything in the house was gurgling and I was terrified the toilets were going to overflow onto the new carpet. I called around everywhere and Martin was able to squeeze us in on the same day for a main sewer line inspection which was a total lifesaver. He got his camera gear out to the curb and found a localized clog that was luckily an easy fix rather than a collapsed pipe. The sheer relief of being able to use the water again without worrying about a flood was worth every bit of the service call.
