We had severe root intrusion that needed replacing, and we were able to schedule them to come out the next day. They worked Thursday/Friday/Saturday to excavate a section of cast iron pipe, replace the section with ABS, install a 2 way to clean out, and line 2 pipes. His pricing was very affordable. My girl and I faced a big challenge with a broken water supply to our house. Precision plumbing was out within an hour and diagnosed the issue immediately. The next day our water main was replaced and a number of other issues were remedied as well. My parents have used Martin for all of their rental properties as well as their own home, and we all recommend this business to anyone with any plumbing issues, especially if you are in the Lake Forest!

Our kitchen sink was literally acting like a swamp for a week and I was so over washing dishes in the bathtub like we were camping or something. I am seriously so glad Martin made the trip all the way down to Irvine because nobody else seemed to have the right gear to actually clear the main line without making it a whole dramatic ordeal. I posted on my neighborhood Facebook group because our water heater started spraying everywhere and half the people in Laguna Niguel commented to call this place.
