This office is the worst dental practice I visited in my 64 years. Run too much like a business, recommending a procedure that another dentist told me was not needed. The procedure was explained to me, both why I needed it and what was entailed, by a clerical staff person; not a dental professional. The dental hygienist was also very rough and hurt me several times.

Worst dental experience of my life! On my very first visit, the manager told me that my tooth was a 'ticking time bomb', until she checked Dr. Neda's schedule, found she was on vacation, and then said it could wait. Then halfway through my treatments- after extraction/bone grafting, and before my implant, Dr. Neda decides to no longer use nitrous oxide. I explained that I needed the gas for anxiety & pain, & they would make NO exceptions! I had to change docs. Staff made lots of errors too.

Dr Neda Azadivatan seems more like a salesperson than a doctor. She showed me my X-ray , without a good explanation and didn’t even show me the pictures they took with their fancy intra oral camera. She refused to do work on me because I am 8 weeks pregnant and Insisted I waited 4 more weeks after my trimester to start work. She even asked me how many weeks is a trimester. I had my obgyn, Dr Clark, who is one of the best doctors in the area, on the phone and she walked away from me. disgusting!

I waited 2 hrs past my appt. to hear the dr run out &and say she had to be out "no later than 3" to her receptionist. It was past 2:30 and she had to take off a crown, pull the tooth & do a bone graft She gave me nova cane & didn't wait for it to take hold. While she was trying to remove my crown I said ouch. She stopped & accused me of screaming and said she would have to send me to a surgeon to have me knocked out. She put her coat on & left. I had to pay $150 for the nova cane!.

Dr. Neda seems more like a salesperson than a doctor. She recommended, without a good explanation, several serious procedures, some of which were not covered by my insurance. Her administrative staff also seems very impatient and sales-oriented rather than customer-focused. My appointment was also involuntarily rescheduled twice, once without my consent. It was a weird, unsettling experience for a medical office.

Despite giving my complete Dental Insurance information, the incompetent office stuff miss-calculated the coverage with a 350% difference. While waiting on the Cigna to sort it out, they threatened to put to collector. Further, during the phone conversation, office clerk Stephanie was so rude, and was repeatedly forcing me to pay for their obvious mistake, and hung up on me The dentist was okay, but such unprofessional office staff behavior is unacceptable.

Dr. Neda and staff were so helpful. They got me in very quickly and relieved my dental pain. A couple of months later an implant was placed and now I love my new tooth.
