They were helpful with explaining the service and was able to get a new door and opener installed within a couple of hours. Great customer service and friendly staff.
I had a high pitch noise that I ask the tech to look at. After he looked at it, I had an $1800 repair estimate that I felt was not needed and he still charge me $40 for the estimate they upsell and I believe they are dishonest
Service was great and done within the time promised. We're very happy with our new garage door motor.
Andrew did an outstanding job servicing our garage door. He was courteous, not pushy with repair options and very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. Repairs or service in the future we will ask for Andrew again!
