The good. Very prompt (same day) very polite and professional. The bad: I had 2 separate issues and adjustment on the closing of one door and a repair on another. Instead I was told that all my motors were under powered and I needed to upgrade…approx 8k. Regarding the repair it was not addressed just. A replacement was offered at 3k. What I thought would be a repair turned into a sales opportunity. Not today.
Ralph did an excellent job! He was very courteous, professional and thoroughly understood the product. He explained everything to us several times and set the app up as well. Enjoyed doing business with Precision.
Excellent service. Installation of garage door opener was performed in a timely and professional manner. Cutto's to David Alexander who rendered professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. He needs to be promoted immediately! Outstanding job!
