Nasty Attitude/Bad Business for Too much Money – I gave them a few reels of microfilm to develop. They failed to tell me that they don't take credit cards; and were then surprised that I didn't have 200 dollars cash on me. The boss lady wouldn't come out from the back, but delegated an employee to tell me that they would hold the original microfilm until I paid. At a minimum, they should have been willing to give me back my originals, regardless...and they actually tried to lie and say that they had told me they didn't take ... read more
