We completed over $14,000 worth of work at below-market rates. Checks were issued for that work, and no concerns were raised for nearly two weeks after completion. Beware! Stay away! Tana Cleven Property Manager is dishonest and the absolute worst! Upper management will ignore you and they knowingly violate tenants rights and the laws. I have worked for Precision Management for 11 years and I absolutely love this company. The President and Vice President really care about their employee's. The culture and ethics of the company align with me and the co workers at all the properties are all very friendly as well. Kathy and Kimberly are also amazing in the corporate office. We are all like a work family.
I lived at a Precision managed property from 2017-2023, this property is located in Redmond. My experience during that time was exceptional. The office staff Julie and Lisa, the maintenance supervisor Pedro really cared. I would highly recommend this company.
