Love the door and motor. However, installer could have been more careful when replacing old trim to eliminate the messy chipped paint.
There was some mix-up with the schedulled time. Appears the repairman originally assigned to my repair was stuck in snow and no one provided me status of this until I called to inquire on the reason for 'no-show' Four hours after my appointed time, a rep did show and did a good job repaining my door
Came and completed the repair the same day. Received a full explanation of costs prior to work.
Came on time and did the job, including extra problems we hadn't noticed. Price was expensive but reasonable.

The technician provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. I felt that it was a bit pricey for the work that was done, however I guess you get what you pay for and that is good service and quality.
