They called right away and made an appointment for the next morning. The techs who came out were very helpful and the job was completed within an hour or so. I'm very pleased with the job they did. Also the 10 year warranty they gave me on the job is a major plus. I would definitely recommend Precision. Also let me put in an unsolicited plug for Service Magic: whenever I need a job where I don't already have a professional I use, I turn to Service Magic. I find it really helpful and a great time saver.

Service technician was very pleasant, efficient and neat. Service was perhaps a bit more expensive than others but provided 10 year warranty on parts installed.

Their price was a couple of hundred dollars more, but the service and product quality provided, was worth it. Everything was done as promised and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
