Needed emergency help on a Saturday afternoon. I have a homeowners warranty contract and called the company for service but could not be helped until Monday. Went to Home Advisor and within 1/2 hour I had a call back from Precision. Two hours later, the technician showed up - exactly on time - , had all the parts needed for the repair and was finished within 20 minutes. I took one business card to keep for myself and another to share with anyone who asked me for a recommendation.

They have no concern about the customer's time. They failed twice to met their window of time without bothering to call me. I had to call the company several times to find out what was happening. I am very frustrated with them and will not use them again.
