The technician is very good, kind and polite, and did a very good job. The spring of my garage door was broken, so I had to replace it. The only concern is the cost, which is more expensive than I expected. I ever assumed it should be less than $400, but ... maybe I don't know the cost very well.

Barry, the tech was my Christmas angle. Another company had come out the night before and told me that I would have to get a new door. Barry said that they might have a new panel in the warehouse but first he was going to see if he could fix it. Well twenty minutes later the door was working like new. What a was charged was a drop in the bucket compared to new door especially the week before Christmas. We bought the door from Precision over ten years ago.
