Excellent service, very professional. Reliable and excellent quality of work. Fast service. Definitely recommend.
They came the next morning and fixed my garage door. I tried fixing it myself but my lack of experience showed. I never would have figured out the issues on my own. Fortunately, my problems weren't too hard for them to fix. An hour or so later and my garage door was back to functioning as it is supposed to and the cost didn't hurt my wallet.
Fred Griffin did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied with the replacement of my garage door.
Our technician, Willy was great. Very prompt and explained how the door track wall mounts needed replaced, and he did everything in 45 minutes. Only problem I had is with the repair cost. $250 Labor and $250, plus tax, totaling $525 for (2) inexpensive parts and labor. Quite expensive and I did question it and was told it’s the cost for dealing with a premier service provider. I was in a pinch this time, but will definitely get quotes next time.
Arrived on time, repair made, happy.
