Great experience with David. I called a different company before Precision and they had me send pictures to them of my damager garage door. After the pictures were sent they said the door couldn’t be repaired and I had to buy new doors. I wanted a second opinion so I called Precision and they came out same day and repaired the garage door that supposedly couldn’t be fixed. I will 1st start with (Winston), the gentleman who came to my home, observed the issue with my door and provided consultation. I wanted to get service as soon as possible and he guaranteed me a day and time that was convenient for my schedule. On the day of install, I had Ryan who seemed personable and did the I stall to my satisfaction. He (Ryan) even offered to fix/correct my sensor to help the garage door open and shut. Precision came to completely replace our garage door. The tech was thorough and did a great job, he even programmed an extra garage remote that we had! If I could leave 10 stars I would.
