I called Precision Door this morning because my garage door would not open. They were polite and professional and scheduled a appointment for today. Jeremy called before he arrived and was here within 15-20 minutes of his call. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained the problem and gave me several options for the repair. I chose one and he had the repairs completed in a timely manner. I appreciated the quick response from Precision Door.
