The technician, Jeramy, was prompt and courteous. He gave us various options to consider and was low pressure. It appears that the work was professionally done and completed in a timely manner. It also was helpful that the technician could pull up records from prior service.

Jesse Magana arrived within one hour of my 1st call to Precision. I needed a good tune up for my old door and he explained where possible problem areas existed. He was able to Leave and return a few hours later after I had errands. He completed the recommended services quickly. I now have a quiet operating door that will last for many more years.
