I had such a great experience with this company! My garage door springs broke unexpectedly and I was worried I’d have to wait days for a repair. I called around 5pm and they were able to send Nicholas out the same evening. Setting up appointment with a real live person! Technician was thourough , inspecting the garage door hinges and garage door opener. Installed a new garage door opener as the motor burner out on the old model. Great work, found Precision Garage Dooron the Diamond Certified website. Highly recommended!
Nathaniel, the technician, was prompt, professional, very courteous and most helpful. He discovered the issue, offered suggestions, informed us of the costs and then worked until we were satisfied with the results.
Installers were neat and did a good job. However, window is broken in the top panel. It was installed anyway. I called the company this morning and I am still not sure that they will replace it!
