Howard was super in every way. He is the reason I will choose PGD every time. If I leave 2 reviews does that means he gets 10 stars?
Howard R was the tech who came to our house. He was very professional and polite. He quickly identified the problem, recommended a course of action and then proceeded to get the job done. When he finished it worked better than before it broke. Very good work and I would highly recommend the company and the tech. I will be using them in the future.
Howard provided excellent service and explained everything fully. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Extremely conscientious and gave several tips for taking care of our garage doors. I would give him my highest rating.
Edward was outstanding. Examined every bit of the door, opener and springs. Gave me three estimates of the work that needed to be done and/or could be done. No pressure to choose and he completed the job as promised. Very pleased with him and his work, and the company.

Howard is an outstanding Tech who knows his work just from the sound of it. Hands down, if I needed anything else done, He would be my go to guy for garage door work any day. Appreciate him educating me on what he was doing and also pointed out other items that required repair/adjusting that I just had no clue about. Great asset to this company!
