My e-mail inquiry was responded to very quickly. An appointment was scheduled for the same day at my convenience. The technician called a few hours before the scheduled appointment to say he was available sooner if I was going to be home. Garth arrived, looked over the doors and gave me options. I agreed on a course of repair and Garth performed the service as requested. He came prepared with all the necessary parts to complete the repairs and he had our door back in service within an hour. Highly recommend.

Mr. Edward F*****, Technical He was very Professional and Knowledgeable and a pleasant to speak too... I am very luck to have receive a person of such integrity as this technician. I wish all would have his positive attitude and professionalism... The company needs to cherish a person of this charter. Very pleased with service received from Precision. Called around 2:00 PM with a garage door emergency. Technician arrived on time and repaired the door within an hour. Door is smoother and quieter than it has been since I bought the house 7 years ago. Highly recommend this company.

My spring had broken on my garage door after 25+ years. Bill R. the technician was professional, prompt and personable. He called and was running ahead of schedule which worked perfectly for me. All options were offered clearly and with no pressure. I'm sorry my spring broke but after replacing the spring and making some adjustments my door hasn't worked this smoothly since it was installed close to 30 years ago.

Extremely pleased with the service we received. Called with an emergency in the morning and my garage door was fixed and improved by 4pm. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future when a problem arises.

This is the 2nd time in about two years I have had Precision Door work on my garage door. For different issues on my now 24 year old door. They are excellent in what they do. Prompt, courteous, responsive. Their technician was great. Showed up on time, analyzed the issue, found the problem and bingo, went to work to fix it .. All the while being conversant, friendly, and always professional. Wow!!! Finding a company these days who have great trustworthy technicians is like hitting the jackpot. Needed after hours service for broken torsion spring - called at about 7:00pm. Was told someone would be out between 8 and 10pm. Howard called me around 8:00 and made it to my house before 8:30. Great guy, awesome service, fair price. I only called for a torsion spring, but Howard "tuned-up" everything and in all the years of owning the house, it has never opened so smoothly and quietly. Heck, I didn't even know it COULD be that smooth and quiet! Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
