The Service Department, will have your vehicle for days, and will not call you, an if you had any problems with your service. They will act like a bunch of arrogant !!!???!!!!
What a joke this dealership is! My parents bought a lot of extras when purchasing their car a little over a year ago. One of which was getting the interior scotch-guarded once a year for three years. My mom calls today to set up an appointment and they act like they don't know what in the world she's talking about and they're the one, who at a high price I'm sure, sold her the package. If you are a female, their service department will screw you over!! My daughter took her car there for an oil change. Her appt was at 2:30 & they didn't take her car in until 4. They rotated 2 of her tires even though she didn't give them permission to! Now her car is shaking horribly! They tried to pull a bunch of crap w/my oldest daughter. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles to them, ever!!!!
