Salesman Dalton was very nice but completely ignored my budget for a new car , threw up one hoop after another to jump through, very dissatisfied with my experience. Would definately NOT recommend this dealership. After waiting 6 hours and being told I would take it home was lied to and told oh sorry we will call you. Ford has lost a customer!!!!
This was the best buying experience ever! Jay made the impossible possible I have the best car payment and a brand new car I am so happy and this car has every bell and whistle that I could hope for. I will definitely buy again. If you want hassle free and a very honest opinion give them a call. There are no bs charges!!! Super fair and they will work to earn your business

I"m pleased with the customer service that I received from precision ford! They went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you for making sure that I was happy and taken care of, really means a lot! I would definitely recommend buying from precision ford!
I have had some issues with the past management but the new management is not that bad and if you raise a concern they will try to get in touch with you to find out what happened and what went wrong and try to fix it. I went and had a talk with them and they were helpful. I still don’t like employees making reviews I feel it should only be customers but that’s because I like transparency.

Definitely will not being doing business w/ this place again. I bought a car a year ago w/ lifetime oil changes. Went in to get the oil changed and was told they have new owners and no loner honor that promise. This is after they called last week to ask if we were interested in coming down and looking at new vehicles......Nope not at this place anyways!!!

Told me all I had to do was come and sign paperwork for my new car, I drove over an hour by myself with my 2 year old, only to be there for 5 mins for them to tell me things changed and they couldn’t do it... went to a different dealership the next day and was in a new vehicle in an hour..
Had a wonder experience here a few weeks ago I had been everywhere looking for a car and everyone told me know and then I saw a ad for you guys and thought why not try you guys. Even with an hour trip to y'all I'm so glad I did it you guys made sure i was happy with my purchase and to give me the lowest payments that I can afford. Y'all really made sure to take good care of me and I really appreciate all your guys hard work and my sales person Sam was amazing and very friendly. Thanks so Much Precision Ford!!!!
