Very pleased with the level of care. The ladies were absolutely wonderful and the doctor was very thorough and pleasant. Ill definitely keep going here for all my eye care needs, as well as my husband.
Went for a follow up eye pressure test to see if prescription eye drops were working. Sat in an exam room for 50 minutes waiting for the Dr to do a 30 second test. Then the older woman who had taken me to the exam room pops in an asks if he has been in yet. I said no. Then she says do you want to come back later. No appology, no reason why the Dr had not been in, just expecting me to come back for another 50 minute wait and still not see the Dr for a 30 second test. My experiences at Precision have always been good ones. The doctor is thorough and the tech always explains what she is doing. The ladies up front are friendly and helpful. My glasses lenses have always been right the first time. I will continue to go to Precision for my vision needs.
