So disappointed! My husband had his eye exam there and they gave us a prescription. We took it to another eyeglass place to get glasses. He got sunglasses, also. When he got them, they did not help him see any better. He went back to the eyeglass place and told them and they gave him back his money for both pair. ($400+) He went back to Precision and told them what happened. They examined his eyes again and this time he got the glasses at Precision. When he got the glasses in they did not work any better. Great customer service! Penny and Joseph were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient while I tried on glasses and made sure they were adjusted properly. The staff at the Optometrist office were friendly and made the appointment very easy. Thank you!
In todays world, it is so hard to find exceptional customer service that leaves you with a heart stamped first impression, and let me tell ya……these people are AMAZING are truly care about their jobs and their clients! My son walked in a bit nervous and the girls at the front and the eye doctor both put him right at ease! He made lots a new friends yesterday and we left feeling happy and content! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! ❤️
