Precision Eye Group was nice from start to finish. Dr. Ben is so down to earth like talking to a friend. Front desk staff greeted us the moment we came in. The young lady working in the glasses must have let me try on 30 pairs. And I did not feel like I was bothering her meaning she was more than happy to help me pick just the right ones and even took photos of old glasses and new so i could compare and thia is my NEW pair. I would highly recommend

I was very pleased with how quickly they got me in for an acute eye appointment for a new patient. Dr. Ben Gootee was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was very compassionate and considerate. The staff was very friendly and supportive as well. I am in limbo with an eye doctor and I am considering switching to this office for my future needs. Thank you for treating me well, and so nice on my first visit! I believe I am on the mend with my eye infection. Thank you!!
I arrived for my yearly appointment and as I named the doctor I was supposed to see, they said she was no longer there and I would be seeing Doctor Ben. Doctor Ben was an unexpected blessing. He updated by prescription to the best one I have ever had and now I love to wear my glasses and it has even improved my night vision issues. He has a friendly, helpful staff and I don't even mind the 1.5 hour drive to get there to see them. Definitely a 5 star rating!!! Jean Roberts
