RecommendedI definitely recommend Dr. Lor and Dr. Ly and their staff. They are all so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, answer any question you may have, and basically make you feel like a family once you walk through the doors. You will not regret going to Precision Eye Center!
Customer service after the visit is severely lacking. They are uncaring, and in fact send you back to your insurance company. I am forced to wear my old glasses because my new ones are horrible and give me migraines.
I really love this eye center! Super helpful staff and large array of glasses. Both my kids and I get our exams here. Highly recommend!
Friendly people and best eye examine I ever had
Amazing eye doctors, staff, office, selection and prices. TONS of wonderful frames, sure to please anyone and everyone regardless of your style! Excellent service, no wait, professional and efficient!!! Will definitely make this my eye doctor of choice!!
I went in yesterday to look for new frames and couldn’t make up my mind about style or color. The lady on staff (I am sorry I forgot her name!) pulled out the perfect pair-even my teenage son agreed they were the best fit for me! I appreciated her patience and knowledge to help me look my best in a new pair of glasses! Then she even called me later when she realized I left my reading glasses there! So nice!
I had the pleasure of working with both providers for my eye care. I usually like to stick with one provider but they were both awesome! The staff was extremely nice and personable! I didn’t feel rushed to make a selection, in fact the woman helped me choose the frames. I would definitely recommend this office!
Dr. Ly is very attentive and thorough. Great personality! Staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
