I had to transition into contacts and the staff at Precision Eye were very informative, helpful, and kind. I’ve also always been able to get an appointment scheduled when it worked for me.

When we relocated to Concord 10 years ago I visited this office and was very pleased with their professionalism and friendly staff. I was so disappointed when I found out a few years later that my current eye insurance was no longer accepted there. After trying several different eye care centers and never being as satisfied, this year I vowed to check in with them again and my insurance is now accepted! This place is great! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They kept me informed through every step of the exam. I usually have a difficult time choosing new frames, however they guided me to the best frames for me based on my style and preferences. I highly recommend Precision Eye Center to ANYONE. �
Took both my kids in today for their eye exams. The front desk girls were sweet and helpful, and our wait time was minimal. Dr Ly was kind and patient, and was super understanding when my son decided to stay with glasses instead of contacts, even after spending a good bit of time helping him try them out. Adrian was awesome and a lot of fun, and he made sure my kids had the perfect glasses and were happy. We had a great experience!
