Very friendly, caring, concerned. About as nice as can be expected for a root canal.
I recently had an outstanding experience (again) at my follow up appointment with the Endodontist at Precision Endodontics of Fox Chapel. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. During the appointment, the Endodontist took the time to explain the healing process from the root canal 3 months prior making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Not painful
The office was very pleasant and efficient. The endodontist was very kind and professional. The procedure was smooth and she was very gentle. I had no pain after the root canal.
A root canal is not top of my list of things to do, but Dr. Dugan and her team were outstanding. Very caring, keep me informed as to what was going on, and good aftercare instructions. If you need a root canal I recommend Dr. Dugan.
