Great experience! The procedure was clearly explained to me, and I was given opportunities to ask questions along the way. I’d recommend you to anyone.
This was my first root canal and my anxiety level was through the roof. But I was immediately put to ease by the entire staff. Dr. Dugan was a rock star. She assured me that I would be comfortable and explained everything as she went along. I can’t recommend Precision and Dr. Dugan any higher. I am hoping no more root canals, but if I need one, this is where I’ll be going!
Very friendly, caring, concerned. About as nice as can be expected for a root canal.
