The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He kept us informed of the progress, and let us know if there was any additional work that needed to be done.
The work hasn't happened yet but I am confident about their quality and precision of craftsmanship of their time , knowledge of work that I have nothing to worry about other than my horrible typing skills . CJ the tech that refit our old garage doors and installed new openers was incredible. He did a great job, he explained everything he was doing, and taught us about our new equipment in a manner we could understand. I would definitely recommend him.
After quick inspection of garage door, they give me three options to choose from. Takes less than an hour to get the job done.
Expensive but got there very fast & I made it to work. They were at house when other companies called back.
I wanted a broken spring replaced. I was given 3 repair options, running from $600 to over $800.

They removed a transformer disabling my security system without telling me. So I had to call my security company to correct.
We had a garage door stuck open Friday night. I went to Home Advisor and messaged Precision Door. They messaged back promptly and called the next morning. There was a tech here by 11am Saturday. He was thorough and professional. We were grateful to have it fixed so quickly.
